Kingtom Aluminio has three casting furnaces with a monthly capacity of 4500tons which can produce variety of aluminum alloy billets with diameter from 4" to 8". With the optical emission spectrometer for the analysis of aluminum alloy, we can certify the chemical composition to our customers to guarantee the quality of aluminum billets.
The process of creating aluminum extrusions begins with the manufacturing of precision-formulated billets in our cast house. Using the most current casting technology, our experienced staff creates billets for most of our extrusion needs.
